How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $50 (per adult applicant). Background checks will be conducted upon application.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is $250 for each residence. This is fully-refundable at the end of the least term, pending a damage assessment. Additional security deposit may apply upon conditionally approved applications. A $250 admin fee (non-refundable) is also charged prior to moving in.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we love pets! A $300 pet deposit (refundable at end of lease term, pending damage assessment) per residence (not per pet) is required. $30 monthly rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply. All residents must create a Pet Profile through PetScreening for $25/year with credit or debit card or $20/year with an ACH payment. *One-time PooPrints registration fee of $150/dog required. Is there storage available?

Yes. Ascent has private on-site residential storage available for $20–$25 per month, depending on size of storage space.

Is parking available on-site?

Yes, we have multiple parking options for our residents. There is covered parking available for $65 per month or underground parking available for $90 per month. There is also covered parking with connected storage available for $100-$115 per month (pricing varies by size of storage space). Townhomes include 2 private enclosed garage spaces.v

What utilities are residents responsible for?

All utilities are resident’s responsibility and billed to the resident directly from the property, along with their rent. Water, sewer, and trash are formula-based (by apartment size and number of occupants). Gas and electric are individually metered (actual usage). Comcast internet is $40 monthly and is included in convergent billing.

Do you offer flexible lease terms?

Yes! We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 – 15 months. Pricing may vary based on lease term selected.
