Up to a $1500 value, we will pay the month-to-month premiums on your current lease until your new home at Ascent is ready for you to move in.

This offering applies to current lease expiration dates of June 31st, 2019, or later. Expenses will be reimbursed up to 4 months of month-to-month premiums, not to exceed $1500, and applied as a rent credit at time of move-in. Resident must present current lease agreement with month-to-month charges outlined to qualify.
